(813) 681-2020, to let us know you are in the parking lot. Please remain in your car until instructed to enter. Your temperature will be taken and we will ask you health and social questions. Please wear a mask if you have one, if not,
we will provide you with one to wear while in the office.

If you were notified that you have glasses or contacts to pick up, please call the office, (813) 689-2222 or
(813) 681-2020 to schedule an appointment to have your eyeglasses custom fitted. Call to let us know you are in the parking lot. Please remain in your car until instructed to enter. Glasses will be pre-adjusted, but we will need to custom
fit the glasses by appointment. If you owe a balance, you may pay by phone when you call, (813) 689-2222 or
(813) 681-2020.
