Follow these simple steps to access your patient portal:
1. Go to the following website: kingswayeye.eyefinityehr.com
2. Username: Your email address
3. Temporary Password: Kingsway1
If you have not provided your email to the office, please call us at (813) 689-2222 and we will set up your account.
Once you log in, you will be prompted to change your password.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to set your own password. The email link will expire in 24 hours. If the link has expired, you can use the "forgot password" link on the login page.
You will now have access to your prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses, your exam notes, and diagnoses from your past visits and you will be able to send our office secure messages.
